I am happy to offer existing clients 60 minutes free remote support a year. This covers phone calls, e-mails and remote connections where I can see your screen without the time and expense involved in a visit. It does not cover routine tasks such as virus protection updates. To enable this I have installed TeamViewer and possibly other tools on your computer as explained here.
